Our objective has always been to offer high quality, well made jewellery to mark milestones, with a strong focus on creativity, art, design and fashion.

Our office is open plan and most of our products are made in our own atelier in Auckland, New Zealand. We care deeply about what we do, we are focussed on delivering the best service and products to our wonderful customers. We are constantly offsetting our footprint, we compost, recycle and offer reusable solutions, we care about each other and the planet.

Showroom Role - part time

This is a part time role working on Saturdays in our retail store.

You will be working with one other team member and will be responsible for ensuring a premium physical retail experience, and a seamless and informative journey through the product exploration and purchasing process.

To excel in this role, the successful candidate will possess a combination of administrative & merchandising skills and an impeccable approach to providing premium customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
• Customer Service
• Ensuring the delivery of a warm, welcoming and responsive experience for our customers.
• Assisting customers to find the products they are looking for, by using your product knowledge to give advice and guidance on product selection and care of products to customers.
• Ensure accurate order entry and management within the inventory management system (right product, right code, right date, right price) to drive upstream and downstream processes, ensuring frictionless customer service.
• Manage showroom mobile phone and email address, and liaise with customers via. phone; text message; and/or email.
• Customer refunds and/or repair requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and produce strong results through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Achieve or Exceed Sales Targets
• Maintaining merchandising standards
• Ensure showroom is kept clean and merchandising and associated housekeeping standards are continually maintained at an optimal level.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience in retail sales & customer service
Computer literate
Excellent English skills written and spoken
Confident with outgoing or charismatic personality
Attention to detail and accuracy
Honest and reliable
Organised and hardworking
A positive attitude
