If the item you ordered is in stock, it will be sent within 2 working days. If you have selected a made to order item, it will be made by one of our jewellers.
Made to order pieces take approximately 4-6 weeks time. Gold plating requires an extra stage in production so can take up to two weeks. You will receive a confirmation of order email and may not hear from us until your item is shipped.

The best metal for your engagement ring and wedding band depends on your budget and colour preference.
Meadowlark offers 9ct, 14ct, 18ct Yellow Gold and White Gold, and Platinum. We can source Rose Gold on request.
The most durable metals are platinum and 18ct gold.
Your ring size is not related to your clothing size and we don’t recommend you guess your size!
We recommend getting measured professionally at your local jewellery store, or you can purchase our ring sizing tool.
If your ring needs to be resized there will be a charge for this.
Yes we can, depending on the ring and the difference in size it will incur a fee. Simply send your items back to us packaged securely so it doesn’t get damaged, and include this returns form. If you have purchased the ring in a store, please return it directly to the store.
Yes, you can request a different stone. Use customer care to send us an email or live chat, and we will do our best to source your ideal stone.
We use 23ct gold over Sterling Silver.
Gold plating naturally wears off over time. To make Gold Plating last, avoid soaps and chemicals while wearing your piece, including washing hands. Read our care instructions for more information.

No, Meadowlark metals do not contain nickel but our gold plated pieces may contain traces of nickel.
No, we prefer the natural beauty of the metals. Meadowlark can rhodium plate pieces on request. Like any plating, it needs to be cared for well and may need to be replated every year or so.
