2. In the order notes, let us know the details of what you would like to engrave, the font, size & position. Fonts available are: Helvetica Neue, Edwardian & Times New Roman. For artwork outside of letters & words, a graphic design fee may apply.

You are welcome to supply your own artwork - we require a vector eps file.
We will be in touch with you to confirm your engraving design and to let you know when your piece will be ready. Please allow extra time for your engraving. Engraved items cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund or credit.
New Zealand: Free shipping on all orders over $300 NZD, or $8 flat fee on all other orders.
Australia: Free shipping on all orders over $500 NZD, or $38 flat fee on all other orders.
ROW: Free shipping on all orders over $1000 NZD. Find your country-specific shipping rates.
Orders outside of NZ may incur duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for paying all relevant import taxes and duties. Meadowlark is not responsible for and has no control over these charges.
We accept payment methods from all major credit cards via Shopify Payments, ShopPay, Afterpay and Gem Visa.
Please note refunds for PayPal payments exclude processing fees.
We must be contacted within 24 hours of an online purchase if you wish to make any changes to your order.
We accept full priced returns that are submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
All Meadowlark mainline collection pieces are covered by a 6 month warranty period from delivery date, excluding 23k Gold Plated pieces which are covered for 3 months from delivery date. Our warranty does not include general wear and tear, or customer damage.
Your piece is kept safe in a pouch and your gift box is paper-based rather than the traditional plastic, to reduce our impact.
