General shipping information
Your shopping cart displays goods you have purchased. All orders are shipped from New Zealand.
In stock items are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment. We will email you if there are any delays.
If your item is not in stock, it will be made to order and therefore may take 3-7 weeks to be completed before being dispatched. Please refer to the product page for your made to order lead times and expected completion date.
Free shipping on all orders over $300 NZD.
$8 NZD flat rate on all other orders.
Orders will be sent by NZPost couriers and are tracked. Items may need to be signed for, so if you are not at home we recommend having your item sent to your work address.
Items will arrive within 1-3 working days of receiving your tracking information.
We offer a complimentary click and collect service on all items that have been completed or are in-stock. When selecting your shipping option please select store pick-up.
Our customer service team will be in touch with you once your item is ready to be collected. In-stock items are ready for collection 1-3 working days after purchase confirmation.

Orders under $1000 NZD have a flat rate of:
- $53 NZD to USA
- $63 NZD to UK
- $53 NZD to Europe
- $38 NZD to Asia
- $88 NZD to Rest of world*

*Please note that we are unable to ship jewellery to some destinations. Please get in touch to confirm whether delivery is possible for your location.

Lost items
If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim.
We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:
- the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
- the item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.
- the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
- the loss or damage occurs after delivery.
- the item was authorised to be sent without tracking.
Payment methods
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. All orders are shipped from New Zealand.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Afterpay, Gem Visa and PayPal. Poli is available by special request.
Please note, refunds for PayPal payments will exclude processing fees.
